By using Kinexa Fitness, you agree to these terms.
Use of the App
- Kinexa Fitness is a personal fitness tracking and workout companion app.
- The app provides general fitness guidance, workout plans, and progress tracking based on data you enter and choices you make.
- Kinexa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Health & Safety
- Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you have an existing medical condition or have been sedentary.
- Stop exercising and seek medical attention immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.
- You are solely responsible for exercising within your abilities and limits.
Premium & Subscriptions
- Some features may be available as a one-time in-app purchase or subscription through the App Store.
- Purchases are managed through your Apple ID.
- Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your Apple ID subscription settings.
User Content
- Workout logs, notes, and personal data you enter remain yours.
- Kinexa does not upload, share, or sell your personal fitness data.
Limitation of Liability
- Kinexa Fitness is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for injury, health complications, or other damages resulting from use of the app or participation in any workout routine.
- GPS, distance, and calorie measurements are estimates and should not be relied on for medical or safety-critical purposes.
Termination
You may stop using Kinexa at any time by deleting the app. M5 Capital Partners LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time.
