By using KickIQ, you agree to these terms. If the user is under 13, a parent or legal guardian must agree on the child’s behalf.

Use of the App

  • KickIQ is an AI-powered soccer coaching and training app for players of all ages.
  • The app provides drills, training plans, AI chat, and progress tracking.
  • KickIQ is not a substitute for a qualified coach, trainer, or medical professional.

Age Requirements & Parental Consent

  • Users under 13 require a parent or legal guardian to provide verified consent before the account is created.
  • The guardian agrees to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the child’s behalf.
  • The guardian is responsible for supervising the child’s use of the app and may revoke consent at any time.

AI Chat Content

  • AI-generated coaching advice may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation.
  • A stricter safety system prompt is applied for users under 18, and content filters scan both outgoing and incoming messages.
  • If the safety filter detects unsafe topics (self-harm, bullying, inappropriate content), it shows a supportive redirect message instead of a model reply.
  • You should not rely on AI chat for medical advice, emergency help, or critical decisions.

User Conduct

  • Do not use the app to harass, bully, or harm other users.
  • Do not share personal contact information, especially as a minor.
  • Do not attempt to bypass age gates, parental controls, or content safety filters.
  • Reports of abusive behavior are reviewed within 24 hours, and abusive accounts are removed without notice.

Health & Safety

  • Soccer training carries physical injury risk. Warm up properly, use appropriate equipment, and train within your abilities.
  • Minors should train under adult supervision when the drill involves contact, sprinting, or equipment.
  • Stop training and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or injury.

Subscriptions & Purchases

  • Premium features may be available as subscriptions or one-time purchases through the App Store.
  • Purchases are managed through your Apple ID.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew through Apple unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete My Account. Parents may delete a child’s account from the Parental Controls area. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

KickIQ is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for injuries, AI content inaccuracies, or actions taken based on app content. Soccer training and AI advice are used at your own risk.
